Acne and Pimple Face Wash

Remember when you went through puberty and you suffered from the pimple breakouts or the acne? You finally hit that age where you thought it was all over and then breathed a sigh of relief, only to find out you were pretty wrongly mistaken. Unfortunately pimple break outs is something we experience most of our lives, here and there, for various reasons. Acne sufferers can barely get a break from pimples. I have friends who have suffered from acne for years, trying dozens of different acne treatments and pills and creams… it’s really never ending.

So I researched all the causes and reasons for acne and pimples, in hope to find natural ingredients that will basically fight against pimples. I have come up with a great home remedy for acne and pimple face wash using all natural ingredients, probably already in your kitchen.

This recipes is really simple and its suds free. If you feel the needs for suds, you can add 1 teaspoon of liquid castile soap, it is all natural and made from coconut oil.

Simply mix 1 tablespoon of honey with ½ tea spoon of cinnamon.

Make sure your hair it’s tied back tightly.

Rub the mixture all over your face, rub it in really well for a good couple of minutes. You can let it sit for 2 minutes after rubbing it in to let it soak up a little or just rinse it off if you are in a hurry. Pat your skin dry, it is very important to never wipe and only pat!

Honey is anti-bacterial, which cleans your skin , removes dead skin, excess oil build up and kills away the bacteria that causes the acne and pimples. It also provides you skin with natural moisture without causing it to produce excess oil to compensate for dryness. I recommend this face wash twice a day and I recommend to follow it with the topical application and face cream, you can find the links above.

I hope this home remedy for acne and pimple face wash helps you. So far I have had great feedback from friends but as we know everyone is different. If you don’t have luck with this please let me know, I do have other natural alternative remedies and would love to help.
